What do you put in your safety kit in case of a natural disaster?
I was just wondering what to be prepared for a natural disaster what would you need in your survival kit?
Okay, the following is a good list for any emergency survival kit in case of natural (or otherwise) disaster.
Basic Survival needs: nonperishable food (cans work best, dried food, the like), clean water supply or the means to make it clean, blankets, flashlight, batteries, bandages, disinfectant, gauze, cold packs, portable heat source (if using fire fuel, don’t forget a fire starter and a safe way to contain it, coffee cans work well), pain reliever, burn cream, other first aid as needed.
Take Action Today!
Miscellaneous: radio, signal (such as a flare), scissors and/or knife, GPS locator (optional, they sell these for skiers), and also helpful, a handgun and ammunition (sounds extreme, but when times get difficult, looting is rampant and you need to be able to protect your family and your resources, so keep one in the kit, and learn how to use it).
That’s a complete kit. Keep it in a convenient location so you can retrieve it quickly when needed.
faith & prayers !

Military rations and water are the two most important items. Disinfectant, stitches, gauze, and surgical tape are next. Penicillin and antibiotics are also important, and pain medicine is useful too. A sharp knife and scissors are a must. I also highly recommend a firearm and appropriate ammunition backed up by proper training; you brought the right supplies, but does the gangbanger down the street have what he wants?

If you are on any kinds of medications make sure you have enough for several days. Matches, candles, flashlights and batteries. Water, food supplies that won’t spoil.

Do you know of anybody who died from a "natural disaster?" If you smoke, quit. Drive carefully and never under the influence. Exercise often. Eat healthy. Relax and laugh as much as you can.
Safety kit manufacturers will tell you that the end is near. Ask yourself why.
