In support of H.R. 5501 (PEPFAR Reauthorization)
Congresswoman Barbara Lee speaks on the floor of the US House of Representatives in support of legislation she co-authored, H.R. 5501, the Tom Lantos and Henry J. Hyde United States Global Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Reauthorization Act of 2008. This legislation will provide $48 billion in assistance to foreign countries to combat HIV/AIDS and includes provisions to end discrimination of victims of the disease.

let us all work together to understand that the hiv test is cross-reactive and conditions like pregnancy and vaccinations can cause false positives. the hiv test only tests for proteins and has a legal disclaimer on it. the current leading cause of death for those diagnosed with AIDS is organ failure due to toxic hiv drugs. the micrograph pictures of hiv are fraudulent as well as the hiv research at the CDC. please pray for all those who have been misdiagnosed with hiv and AIDS.
