I’m a ninth-grader and I’m doing a project on the disaster management on epidemics?? I have to finish it in two weeks and please help me … what should i write about? wat pics shud i stick?? shud i focus on only one disease!!!! HELP ME!!!
I’d focus on one well-publicized disease, like e-coli or the mega flu or SARS. You could show how it starts in one place, but in todays global economy, all the ways it could spread throughout the world (esp. one that is spread by air borne methods). You could talk about what factors contain the disease and what increases its potency. You could talk about any immunizations available, their cost, their availability. You could picture a place where there isn’t enough immunizations to go around – who should get them? You could tell a bit about the history of epidemics of that in the past and end it with proposed methods of containing it now. Good luck on your project.
